What should I wear to pilates or BarreConcept class?
We practice pilates and BarreConcept with barefeet or socks. Socks with grips are very practical. Ballet shoes can also be worn for BarreConcept classes but are not necessary. You need to wear comfortable clothes that are not too tight or restrictive (layers are important so you don't get too hot or too cold).
What should I wear to cardio core & HIIT class?
Wear sports clothing, sports bra (females) and have a good pair of trainers. Bring another layer to wear during the cool down at the end.
What equipment do I need for group classes?
I provide mats, weights, balls, bands etc but if you have your own mat please bring with you. You will need to bring a small cushion or towel to place under your head to support your head whilst lying down. Bring some water with you & a towel.
Are the classes for women only?
No, all classes are suitable for both men and women.
Do I have to book a course?
Not all the classes require you to book a course but the advantage is you receive a discount and it means you are committed to those classes which will give you the incentive to attend. Refunds cannot be given for missed sessions but where possible I will try and fit you into another suitable class that course, subject to availability. I cannot transfer missed sessions to the next course.
Your paid place is not transferable to another person. Cost of classes varies depending on the type of class & duration & whether you have block booked. As a guide prices range from £6 - £12.00.
Where are the group classes held?
I work at a variety of different venues located in Lent Rise, Burnham, Taplow, Farnham Common and Windsor. All venues have free parking. Please park with consideration as the classes do get very busy. See Where to Find Us page for directions.
